I highly recommend Clwyd Caravans after my recent experience buying a new camper van. From deposit to purchase, their customer service was absolutely first class. They also made the part-exchange incredibly easy, giving me an excellent trade-in price for my old caravan. We have bought a new campervan from here. David, the salesman, is lovely, not pushy but helpful. Martin, the owner, is great. VERY helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Returned today 24/6/26, to have aerial checked after I'd collided into branches and thought it was damaged. GAVIN in the workshop was a star. Checked it then showed me how to adjust and secure the aerial. Sorted and no charge. Originally visited Aug 2025 and discovered an Aladins Cave of an accessories store. There is so much to discover. Only 6 weeks into motorhome ownership, we are learning and trying to buy what we need. The quest was to find fridge / cupboard rods to keep stuff secured when travelling. Pennine Leisure Supplies' website shows local suppliers for their products. This was our nearest and so helpful. After we had explored the shop, one of the team went looking for the items. None in stock (Monday), but catalogue search meant that they could give me a price and get them ordered in for collection by Friday. Obviously, the test will be the purchased goods. Took our 12months old Pilote to our first visit to Clwyd Caravans for a pre arranged habitation check (did call them regarding a water level problem) ,all we can say is an excellent reception off a lady called Carys when we checked in, we left our motorhome with them while we went off to Wrexham for some retail therapy, three hours later we recieved a call to say it was ready,when we collected everything done apart from having to order a tank gauge which they will fit when they recieve it.Having owned a few new motorhomes in the past and obviously had a couple of issues as you expect and returned to the main dealers to rectify we must say the way we were treated by all the staff at Clwyd Caravans were absolutely top class.100% recommended. Great shop, good prices. Owner brothers very knowledgeable and helpful. This is an update from 3 years  ago. They're like a good whisky, improved with age. So helpful, professional and courteous. Nothing too much trouble. I will continue to use them, and highly recommend them. Excellent customer service.
